THE CONCEPT

With the holiday season around the corner, The brand’s customers were invited to design their own coffee jars and have them sent to their loved ones, with a personalized greeting card instead of the usual label. In order to participate in this activity, the customers had to insert a printed code that appeared on each coffee jar.

THE TECHNICALITIES

The label production was carried out in 3 easy steps: selecting a background pattern, uploading image & text, and supplying the recipient’s address. The labels were exported to an external digital printing service and from there they were finally delivered. A management system was also created, which gathered the users’ data and automatized the exportation to printing.

THE BOTTOM LINE

The activity was promoted on national TV, and enjoyed an exceptionally high participation rate. We especially like this activity because unlike most digital activities – here the user ends up with a real tangible gift that is both personal and useful.
